We thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor/Exhibitor for the Before The Veil event taking place on May 25th, 2023. We are looking for distinctive and eye-catching Exhibitions that are elegantly and artfully displayed to showcase quality services. The goal is for you to stand out and attract potential brides and grooms while in their search for professionals to provide services for their special day. This is the best time for you to customize your services to reach the engaged couples who will be in attendance.

Spots in the show are on a first come first serve basis and are limited to 2 vendors per category. Payments are non-refundable.

Vendors’ Responsibilities

All vendors MUST promote the event in all their social media platform (video and Flyer will be provided)

It is the vendors’ responsibility to provide their own supporting materials to promote their business at the event

All Vendors’ setup MUST be completed by 3:30 pm for professional photo and video

Dress your best to represent your brand

Breakdown starts promptly at 9:15pm

6ft exhibit table with a black table cover and 2 chairs. You may bring your own table cover

Social media mentions while promoting the show

1 ticket of the show to give away. For example, as a social media raffle where they need to follow your page and @_beforetheveil

List of all attendees with contact info 3 days after the events

Professional Pictures of you next to your display
